Sulev Raik is a Partner at Prudentia. He has 25 years of experience in the financial markets. He began his career as a stockbroker on the Tallinn Stock Exchange in the mid-90s as a junior partner at the investment banking company Baltic Cresco Investment Group.

Prior to joining Investment Agency (Prudentia’s predecessor), Sulev worked for 14 years as a fund manager at SEB Varahaldus focusing on the Eastern European equity markets and, later on, specifically on investments in Russia.

​

Sulev joined Prudentia in 2017. His most notable achievement on the sell-side is advising the sale of TMB, one of the regions’ largest precast concrete element producers’ Finnish and Latvian operations to Consolis, a portfolio company of the US multi-asset alternative investment firm Bain Capital. On the buy-side, Sulev acted as a local advisor in a transaction in which a multinational group from Sweden, Miss Group, offering a variety of web hosting services acquired UAB Interneto vizija, the largest web hosting company in Lithuania, together with its subsidiary UAB Rakrėjus.
