From the 1st of November 2021 Agris Grīnbergs joins the Prudentia team as an Associate Partner. Agris will mainly work on managing large scale M&A deals in the Baltics as well as strengthening Prudentia’s position in the private capital management field.

Before joining Prudentia, Agris has worked in ABLV Bank AS and associated companies for the last 10 years with 3 of those years being spent leading the corporate lending team and 8 years managing private capital in companies such as ABLV Private Equity Management, SIA and AmberStone Group, AS. Agris has also been a part of the Board in more than 20 companies including Depo DIY, SIA; Tirdzniecības Nams “Kurši”, SIA, as well as having been a Shareholder Representative in companies such as Grindeks, AS; Orto Klīnika, SIA and others. Agris is an alumnus of the Riga Business school MBA program and the University of West Michigan BBA program with a specialization in finance.
