Prudentia successfully advised shareholders in the sale of 60% stake of SIA “Lat Eko Food”
Prudentia represented SIA “VVMV”, an investment company owned by Vītols family, in the sale of its 60% shares to Egija Martinsone, Chairman of the Board and Founder of SIA “Lat Eko Food”. Part of the transaction was funded by BlueOrange Bank.
SIA Lat Eko Food is a Latvian organic food manufacturer whose most well-known trademark in the Latvian market is the organic food brand “Rūdolfs”.
SIA “VVMV”, an investment company owned by the family of Latvian patron Vilis Vītols, has made investments in many Latvian companies, promoting the ideas of ambitious Latvian entrepreneurs, and developing Latvian economy.
