Indrek Uudeküll is a partner at Prudentia. He was one of the founding partners of Investment Agency (Prudentia’s predecessor). Indrek has over 20 years of experience in M&A, mostly in transaction closings and company restructurings.

Indrek has experience across several industries, including real estate, metalworking, mining and agriculture.

In addition, Indrek is an active member of ESTBAN (Estonian Business Angels Network).
