Prudentia's co-organized transaction for attracting funding of 560 million euros has successfully been completed

After 2 years of negotiations Prudentia has successfully completed its co-organized transaction for OOO «Аэроэкспресс» to attracting international export funding, debt financing for purchasing new trains and refinancing the existing loans and bonds in the value of 560 million euros. The deal was closed at the end of 2013.  OOO «Аэроэкспресс» is a private rail passenger transport operator which offers transportation from the city center of Moscow to the 3 largest city's airports.
